VILLA HELIOS on the seafront and cliff in a quiet area Cala Pi with air conditioning - Free Wifi

Great cozy, old Mallorcan house with a nice pool. Beautiful view, very quiet area . I recommend this host , all was smooth and you can really rest at this place.

Lovely villa and best view you could wish for. Showers etc great and plenty hot water etc. The villa is ageing though and kitchen especially will be in need of updating soon. Seating area good inside and out and pool was perfect for what we needed. We had a couple of storms and think that somebody ought to have come and cleaned pool as that collected quite a bit of sand. Outside area directly by sitting room needed a good brush down as a lot of bugs and flies etc which we did ourselves. Some areas in house were a little dusty such as bedside lamps and in corners there were some more lovely bugs but saying this it was easy to sort. In all we had an excellent time at this villa. Thank you.

We had a great time in villa Helios.The view of the ocean from the house is amazing. The pool very big and refreshing and the terrace had sun the whole day. The Vila itself is clean, cosy and well equiped.The location of the villa is great. Just a short walk to the town with a small supermarket, some nice restaurants and the beautiful bay of Cala Pi.We will highly recommand this villa and hopefully we can come back in the future.

The villa is generally very nice and situated in a perfect location but our experience could have been even more enjoyable but for a few snags. We are no strangers having been there 15 times over the last 12 years and have stayed in 6 other properties there. Our check in was well managed by Alfredo, the agent from Villaonline.es and we settled in well on the first day. The only observations to make at that point were the lack of a kettle and a microwave. The house and pool were very clean and beds clean and comfortable and all rooms were fitted with retractable fly screens although some of the bedroom ones had rips in the bottom corners rendering them not as effective as they should be. The first morning we woke to find we had no running water and outside the irrigation system was constantly running flooding parts of the garden. We contacted Villaonline WhatsApp and received no reply so then phoned them and was told the maintenance man would be ther within the hour. 2 hours later he had still not arrived and he eventually turned up another hour later and turned the irrigation off and assured us we would have no further problems. All this had meant that our first morning was completely wasted as we could not wash or leave the villa for lunch. The next morning we again had no running water and had to go through the same procedure again but this time an agent from villa online offices attended as well but only after I sent them a picture af a water leak in the pump house. This again took another couple of hours to sort out and was told that the repair, although effective would need another visit but was non urgent and would not affect us during our stay. So again another wasted morning. The rest of the stay was uneventful until the day before we were due to check out. We returned from lunch to find the gates open and found 2 maintenance men in the garden playing with the pool pump which had been functioning perfectly during our stay. Then a 3rd man turned up all all seemed to not know what they were doing.. we had wanted to use the pool and patio to relax on our last afternoon but were unable to do so. One of the men asked me to speak to the owner on the phone and he begged me to let them into the house. I said I was not happy but allowed them to do so. I contacted Villaonline but there office was closed so spoke to Alfredo who said the men should not be there while we were staying there and he sent them away. Feel a part refund should be offered.
