You can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea if you opt for this semi-detached house. It is located in the beautiful south of Mallorca and offers comfortable accommodation for up to seven guests for a holiday by the sea. On the 330 m² plot, you have a variety of options for spending relaxing hours. One of these is the beautiful, slightly elevated dining area right next to the house or, one floor above, the balcony. From there you have a particularly beautiful view of the sea. Comfortable sun loungers are available for all sun-seekers. And the 10 metre long shallow pool provides pleasant refreshment on warm days. An outdoor shower and a charcoal barbecue round off the attractive outdoor area. The interior of the partially air-conditioned house has been furnished with a great sense of aesthetics and comfort. Bright, harmonious colours, natural materials and lovingly selected accessories characterise the charming atmosphere. On the ground floor there is a cosy, open-plan living and dining room with sofa, TV, dining table and pellet stove. From here, it flows seamlessly into the brightly designed, fully equipped kitchen. Behind it is a practical laundry room with washing machine. There is also a guest WC on this floor. The staircase leads to the upper floor, where the four bedrooms (two of which are air-conditioned) and two bathrooms (one of which is en suite) are located. One bedroom has a bunk bed, ideal for children travelling with you. Villa Casa Mirador with sea views is located in the Vallgonera urbanisation near the beautiful coast of Cala Pí on Mallorca. A supermarket and several restaurants are not far away. The sandy beach Playa de Cala Pí is approx. 3 km away.
