About this villa rental
This beautiful house amid the fields of Artà, with a great private pool and surrounded by a beautiful garden, welcomes 7 guests.
This wonderful villa offers marvellous corners where you will spend a dream-like stay. The green garden is surrounded by plants, trees and flowers as well as a great terrace which is perfectly furnished with 7 sun loungers and a barbecue area where you can enjoy your meals outdoors. You also can relax in other corners maybe enjoying a coffee or tea and a good reading. However, the best of it all is the beautiful chlorine pool sizing 7 x 4 metres and with a water depth that goes from 0.8 to 1.6 metres. There's an exterior shower. Privacy is partial since there are neighbours around.
The house comprises two buildings. The interior of the main house, with two floors, surprises with a rustic and special decoration. On entering we find a nice dining room open to the kitchen, which is equipped with ceramic hob, oven and everything you need. Then we have three bedrooms with wardrobe and fan, one with a single bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, another with two single beds and the last one with a double bed. If you are travelling with babies, you will be offered up to two cots and two high chairs. There is also a separate bathroom with shower for the rest of the house. On the first floor you will find the living room with a natural stone wall and a dining area with access to the outside. During the winter days, you can make a warm fire in the wood cooker and watch a film on the satellite TV, or switch on the central heating. On the other hand, there is a small attached house with an entrance hall and a fourth bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the garden. And finally, there is an outside toilet and the laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board in a garage.
The property is located in a quiet and idyllic environment surrounded by the Levante mountains. Those who love exercising outdoors and the beach will find here their second home since the golf course of Capdepera as well as the sandy beach of Son Moll or Canyamel are reachable in a 10 - 15 minutes drive. Cala Torta, Cala Mitjana and Cala Estreta are natural coves towards the north. Cala Ratjada highlights thanks to its day and night lively atmosphere. The promenade offers a great variety of restaurants and cafes and you will find shops and supermarkets in the town centre.
The pool does not have a jacuzzi.

The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

Die Finca ist wirklich schön, urig, weitläufig und gut gepflegt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und die Lage war auch optimal. Mit dem Auto war man in 5min direkt in Arta. Auch mit einem kleinen Spaziergang ist die Innenstadt recht schnell erreicht. Die Grillecke mit Außenküche war unser Lieblingsplatz. Auch der große Pool ist sehr sauber und wird 1-2 mal die Woche gereinigt bzw. gecheckt. Die Bäder waren sauber, die Schlafzimmer geräumig und alles hatte einen sehr charmanten Flair. Im Großen und Ganzen war alles perfekt was das Grundstück und das Anwesen selbst betrifft. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen. Leider gab es bereits zu Beginn kleinere Verständigungsschwierigkeiten. Die Führung durch die Finca lief leider etwas zu flott ab, was dann bei der Abreise für kleineren Ärger sorgen sollte. Bis dahin wurde uns auch nicht wirklich richtig erklärt ob es sich um die Besitzerin, eine Angestellte oder um eine Vermittlerin handelte. Wie sich herausstellte war es die Besitzerin, deren Haus auf dem selben Grundstück ca. 50m abseits der Finca steht. Die beiden Anwesen sind allerdings gut durch Bäume, Hecken und Büsche getrennt und man hat die komplette Fläche rund um die Finca für sich alleine. Was uns zu Beginn allerdings nicht mitgeteilt wurde war, dass auf dem Grundstück zwei Hunde frei herumlaufen. Wir bekamen auch 1-2 mal Besuch von ihnen, was grundsätzlich nicht schlimm ist. Allerdings waren beide Male die Besitzer nicht zuhause und die Hunde wurden recht aufdringlich. Mit Kindern ein absolutes No-Go ohne vorherige Absprache. Bei der Abreise gab es dann noch ein kleines Problem. Der Backofen in der Finca hat eine defekte Scheibe, was uns leider erst am dritten oder vierten Tag aufgefallen ist. Dieser Defekt sollte uns dann recht schnell zugeschoben werden, was dann nach einer kleineren Diskussion allerdings geklärt werden konnte. Schlussendlich war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und eine wirklich tolle Zeit die wir in der Unterkunft verbringen durften. Die Kommunikation ist definitiv verbesserungswürdig, allerdings fühlte man sich dennoch willkommen und herzlich aufgenommen.
