About this house rental
Amidst meadows and fields in the municipality of Son Servera in the east of Mallorca you will find the luxurious "Villa Son Sard" on a spacious estate, only 2 km from the sea. The 500m² large and comfortably furnished vacation home consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 6 bedrooms as well as 6 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can accommodate 14 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV, a washing machine, a safe, a ping-pong table and a wood-burning stove. In addition, a baby crib and highchair are available upon request. Two large balconies, from which you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and mountains, are also part of the villa. The private outdoor area impresses with an infinity pool and a huge very well-kept garden. Here you can relax on one of the sun loungers, have breakfast together at the large dining table or have a party in the evening on the covered terrace with barbecue and lounge. The nearest beach is 2.7km away and can be reached by car in 3 minutes, and the fine white sand beach Platja de Sant Llorenç is also only a 9-minute drive away. There are also several restaurants and bars along the coast, which can be reached in 3-7 minutes by car. The nearest supermarket is a 4-minute drive (2.5km) from the accommodation. The island capital Palma and the airport can be reached in about 50 minutes (65km) by car.

Pros: Die Finca steht an einem herrlichen Ort mit tollem Ausblick! Der außenbereich, speziell der Pool waren wirklich spitze!! Garten und Pool Bereich sehr gepflegt.
Musikanlage sehr gut… wir haben gegrillt und die Küche gut genutzt. Viele Kühlschränke mit Gefrierfach und insgesamt gute Küchen Ausstattung. Viel Geschirr, Pfannen, alle möglichen Gläser usw usw
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Finca, mit ein paar Punkten die wir anders erwartet hatten.
Cons: Das Haus ist innen wesentlich abgewohnter, als auf den Bildern zu erkennen. Es hätte insgesamt sauberer sein können. Kein Willkommens-Getränk fanden wir bei diesem Preis schade. Jeden Abend ging die Außenbeleuchtung zu einer anderen Uhrzeit einfach aus. Die Auffahrt zum Haus extrem holprig aber noch gut zu lösen. Alles in allem Kleinigkeiten die es noch perfekt gemacht hätten - speziell im Hinblick auf den Preis!
