Highlighting its splendid 12x8-meter chlorine pool with a variable depth of 1.20 to 2.50 meters and comfortable sun loungers for relaxation. The estate invites the creation of unforgettable moments, providing a barbecue for enjoying delicious meals with family or friends. With a tranquil and natural ambiance, this property becomes a perfect retreat to escape daily routine and immerse oneself in the beauty of rural life.
This charming two-storey house offers a warm and bright interior. Equipped with gas central heating, it ensures comfort all year round. On the ground floor, there is a separate dining room and a cosy living room with a Smart TV and two comfortable sofas. The separate kitchen has a modern induction hob and is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals. There is also a bathroom with a shower on this floor. On the first floor, a living room invites you to relax with a good book. The master bedroom offers a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, with direct access to the garden via a staircase. Four bedrooms with two single beds each, wardrobes (some shared) and two with access to the terrace, provide cosy spaces for rest. A full bathroom completes this floor.
