Villa surrounded by greenery with private pool

The hosts and the extended family at the property are welcoming and generous. As other guests have mentioned they love to share fruit and vegetables from the garden and homemade bread, wine and granita - all really lovely. The area is quiet and a good base to visit gorgeous towns and beach towns.

Situated just outside the small village Cassaro, it has all the facilities you need: airco, good WIFI, swimming pool, private parking, BBQ, beautiful nature, no tourists (you can meet those in the bigger cities, if you like) and very nice and helpful hosts. Perfect for hiking and biking (both on- and offroad). And a lot of beautiful cultural places near by: Ferla, Patalica, Pallazzolo Acreide, Noto and many more. Absolutely a no brainer for a nice holiday!!!!

Nice house and surroundings, with a huge garden full of olive trees, a refreshing pool with terrace, with all needed to chill. And next year, the outskirts will be upgraded, even if already perfect! The property is at reasonable distance to a lot of interesting sites, more or less one hour far from Catania, Siracusa, Noto, Ragusa, Monica, Palazzolo Acreide, Piazza Armerina, nice beaches, beautiful natural parks, etc. Owners are warmly hospitable and at your disposal for anything you need. A recommended place to visit Sicily!

This holiday appartment is the best. Our hosts during our stay, Salvatore and Paola, were extremely friendly and helpfull. They gave us fresh grapes, tomatoes, figgs, herbs and lemons from the garden. Baked us pizza and invited us for a family meal on August 15 where we met their daughter: Francesca, who could start her own tourist information office - she gave us lots of usefull information - (with cute little Zoë) and son and very appreciated the wonderfully cooking of Paola. The appartment is spacious with all necessities (no Wifi but with these beautifull surroundings you don't miss it). Even though temperatures outside were high; the inside remained cool. Every window or door has a 'musquito fence'. The bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms were all very tidy and clean. We had the swimming pool all to ourselves and our children (6 and 8 years) very much enjoyed the self-made slide, provided with water and the foosball table. An outside shower, sun-bathing chairs, nice terrace, surrounded by great views. Above that, it is located centrally to visit Syracusa, Pantalica (just few km away), Noto, beaches... All this makes this holiday home our favourite ever!!! If we ever go back to Sicilly, we would definitely come back to Salvatore and Paola.
