About this villa rental
Our superb open plan villa is located in an unbeatable position overlooking the waters of the Atlantic Ocean, With unspoilt panoramic views of endless blue sea, Our private outside patio is perfect for Al fresco dining, Seasonal Dolphin and Pilot Whale spotting, Watching the unbeatable Sunsets and not forgetting the endless hours of just simply watching the everyday activities of the boats and yachts passing by to one of the world’s most sophisticated marinas. Which is only a gentle 5 minute stroll along a lit promenade, where you will find a wide range of restaurants & bars offering international and local cuisine to satisfy any appetite.
There are also many designer outlets, supermarket, together with marine excursions, boat charters and big game fishing.
Special events take place at the Marina throughout the year with yachting regattas, sport fishing competitions which bring competitors from all over the world. Alternatively a water taxi or bus service links the area with the main resort of Puerto del Carmen; Guests with cars can drive there in less than ten minutes.

Lovely property with excellent views. Very clean and a lovely welcome hamper. Full sky tv package too. Walking distance to the marina with bars, restaurants and supermarket. Car park at the top of the complex not far at all. Would totally recommend.

We've stayed in this villa before, and I've no doubt we'll stay here again. Nice spacious villa, well heated pool, short walk to the marina, and about as close to the sea as you could get without getting wet!

Myself and family throughly enjoyed our time here.
The moment we walked through the front door to the view of the ocean, was simply priceless. Well needed R&R had by all.

Seafront Villa 7 was exactly as advertised. The house is lovely and extremely peaceful. The views of the ocean and the entrance to the Puerto Calero are stunning. Katie was an excellent host and quickly responded to any questions we had and even helped us find a local photographer for a family photo. Everything we could have asked for!
