Key West Style Cottage - with pool/hot-tub

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little cottage. Very clean, quiet and very convenient parking. A nice little pool to sit by after a day at the beach. The pool is smaller but it did the job. We also enjoyed the cabanas that are right next to the pool. We are picky about where we stay and we would stay here again with out hesitation.

Great quiet location. Very comfortable

Lovely

I guess we were disappointed by a few things. Firstly, we had to make multiple detours and “questionable traffic maneuvers” to get to the property because of road construction that nobody mentioned. Secondly, our cottage was unlocked when we arrived mostly because the keypad was broken. (Nobody checked?) we had to wait almost 1 1/2 hours before we could go out for dinner waiting for someone to confirm it was broken and find a physical key we could use. Thirdly, no one answered the phone and the messages were basically just pre-formatted and sent out on a prescribed timeline rather than responding to our requests. We got a message insisting we be “checked out” no later than 10 a.m. but there wasn’t any direction on what to do with the key and no staff to give it to. Our neighboring guests couldn’t have been kinder or more supportive though and the unit was certainly very clean. There was a burnt out lightbulb that was also a bit annoying. I am not optimistic it will happen but it would at least be a gesture of good faith if the host were to offer some sort of refund for the inconveniences.
