About this house rental
Entire 80sqm house a stone's throw from the cycle paths of the Comabbio and Varese lakes, composed on the ground floor of a new kitchen, large living room with fireplace and double sofa bed and bathroom with tub and washing machine. On the first floor large double bedroom with balcony. Large outdoor garden recently renovated in 2018
For any need, my house is adjacent to yours, so available for advice and for any eventuality in times after check-in

Also on the lower floor there is a large bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine for guests. On the first floor large double bedroom with balcony. Small outdoor garden.

Among the services offered, I offer my guests the use of WiFi, a washing machine, a microwave, an espresso coffee machine, a kettle, a drying rack for clothes and an iron. In Italy, due to the anti-terrorism law, registration of guests staying with the competent local authorities is mandatory. As a result, I ask my guests to arrive at check in with a valid ID (both adults and children / teenagers), so that they can be registered.
I ask my guests to respect the spaces available and to leave the house in order as they found it; however, there is a small fee for final cleaning

The stay was awesome. Carla was a wonderful host. Communication was 1st Class and she was there to help if you needed it but was not intrusive. The property was spotless and had everything you needed for a tranquil, idyllic holiday.. The area has good access to Milan and the lakes. I could not recommend highly enough

We had a nice stay in Mercallo. The hosts were friendly and kind. The accommondation was close to a small supermarket and pizzeria.

Carla's house was nice, clean and had all the amenities we needed. We stayed there in wintertime, so we didn't use the yard, but it is an absolutely lovely space. The house is close to the street, albeit a quiet one, but it is well insulated and soundproofed and we never had any trouble sleeping.
This was our base for visiting family while working remotely, so we needed a fully functional kitchen and a stable internet connection and were not disappointed.

Owners very kind and very welcoming. House very clean, well equipped, spacious but in an old style. The tracking of tenants by the owners is very well insured by mail, whatsapp and sms.
