About this house rental
Entire 80sqm house a stone's throw from the cycle paths of the Comabbio and Varese lakes, composed on the ground floor of a new kitchen, large living room with fireplace and double sofa bed and bathroom with tub and washing machine. On the first floor large double bedroom with balcony. Large outdoor garden recently renovated in 2018

Entire house of 80sqm a stone's throw from the cycle-pedestrian slopes of the lakes of Comabbio and Varese, composed on the ground floor of a new eat-in kitchen, large living room with fireplace and double sofa bed. Also on the lower floor there is a large bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine for guests. On the first floor large double bedroom with balcony. Small outdoor garden.

Among the services offered, I offer my guests the use of WiFi, a washing machine, a microwave, an espresso coffee machine, a kettle, a drying rack for clothes and an iron. In Italy, due to the anti-terrorism law, registration of guests staying with the competent local authorities is mandatory. As a result, I ask my guests to arrive at check in with a valid ID (both adults and children / teenagers), so that they can be registered.
I ask my guests to respect the spaces available and to leave the house in order as they found it; however, there is a small fee for final cleaning
