Difficult to reach the airport, there is no bus
Clean, the host was very friendly
We rezerv this apartment because it was near airport but unfortunately it is very difficult to go to the airport, there is no bus, and the transfer is around 40 euro (8km) or 20 euro (with the host untill 22:00). It was help full if was written on the reservation this important detail..

Overall impression it's fair place for the money spend
The room was on the second floor of tiny apartment with shared kitchenet. The climbing those spiral stairs was challenge on it's own. I liked that the host did leave some small sneaks in the room and responded almost immediately to my questions.
Climbing the Stairs, place is very tinny.

good value for money!!
it is close to the airport geographically and there is a train station nearby which takes you into the centre of Milan. The host seems nice- he doesn’t seem to speak English but that’s okay as I could just use google translate- he gives you instructions for check-in and check-out via whatsapp. Instructions were clear and he didn’t bother us.
The transport links to and from the airport aren’t great- the bus we took only comes once every few hours.

Catatrophe
The positives is that the accommodation is really close to the airport and has flexible check-in times. However, the cleanliness was awful. I could tell that the toilets and beds were not cleaned properly as there was hair and crumbs still laying around. There were crumbs on the table and in the cupboards. The toilet basin still had toothpaste marks on them. The power sockets were almost falling off the walls , which i think is highly dangerous, and the staircase was extremely dusty. Finally, the staircase was so narrow it was extremely hard to take luggage up and down to the room.

It was okay but I personally would not recommend this property.
The location was okay for travel as I don't drive anymore and was close to the train station and it was a nice quiet location without any loud nightlife.
The owner of the property didn't speak any English and gave us no information about anything just gave us the keys and left. The property had some items that were broken or dilapidated and the Wifi was completely unuseable.
