Welcome to our large country house, built in 1943, on a nicely landscaped 1acre land.
It has six bedrooms and can accommodate 14 guests .. It comes fully furnished and has all recents accommodations.
Winter lovers love its location 15 minutes away from 3 important ski stations.
Summer lovers appreciate being 15 minutes away from the main Memphremagog beach and the city of Magog and all its stores.
Our house is near a mini grocery store tough its views all are on the country part (we are next to a farm and the Abbaye of St-Benoit du Lac.
The house is 1hour 15 minutes from Montreal.

We rented this property for my family due to a wedding at the venue next door. The house had everything we needed and was truly a treat to give everyone their own room.
