Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and could comfortably accommodate more than 3–4 people. Everything inside the room, including the bed, was well organized, neat, and very clean. The room also had access to an open outdoor space connected by a staircase, which was a nice feature. The property is located in a calm and peaceful area, with no noise from neighboring rooms, making it a relaxing place to stay.

We arrived with multiple pieces of luggage, each weighing close to 20 kg. Since the property entrance has only stairs, it was very difficult to carry our luggage up to the first-floor room and then bring it back down when we checked out. The room had a TV, but it was extremely slow, and its internet connection frequently disconnected. This issue seemed to affect only the TV, as the Wi-Fi otherwise worked fine. The outside balcony was also disappointing. It was not clean and appeared untidy, which affected the overall experience.

L'appartement est très agréable et bien équipé. Notre séjour y a été agréable. L'emplacement est proche des arrêts de bus amenant au centre ville.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé et nous avons vraiment aimé l’appartement. Il était propre et très bien équipé. L'emplacement est également stratégique : des arrêts bus juste à quelques pas, la station métro accessible par bus ou à pied et des commerces à proximité (Métro et Super C). Plusieurs sites à visiter dans le voisinage (biodome, parc olympique,...). Le service clients a également été très réactif tout au long de notre sejour, en cas de besoin. Je recommande fortement.
