Large veranda and spacious garden with a beautiful, very well-kept green lawn, flowers, and Mediterranean plants. The house consists of two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a living room with kitchen, and a bathroom.
Tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hot outdoor shower, barbecue, outdoor lighting, large wardrobes, etc. Unlimited internet.
Part of a semi-detached building, the garden ends in front of a small river.
Ideal for families and for those seeking maximum peace and quiet.

We stayed at the beginning of May. The stay was wonderful. Sardinia's most beautiful beaches are located only 10 minutes away. The house itself was clean and everything we needed was provided.
Unfortunately, the weather was a bit cold, however, together with our host Antonio we found a good and speedy solution.
We highly recommend this house.

It was a pleasure. Antonio was very welcoming and always easy to reach, the house is on a quiet side street, a small river running along the garden, read: very idyllic; the beaches around San Teodoro are fantastic. Great with kids.

We enjoyed our visit in the very lovely, clean and smart holiday home close to San Theodoro. We liked to sit on the patio in the wonderful garden and use the outdoor shower after returning from the beach.
Inside the house everything was very well prepared (towels , beclothes, dishes a.s.o).
Antonio`s brother in law staying in the house next to us was very friendly and helpful.

We spent two weeks in May in Antonio`s house. It is located in a calm area at the end of a street. From there it is only a 5 minutes drive to San Teodoro and the beautiful beaches. The house has two sleeping rooms and a kitchen/living room in the middle. It was clean and very good equipped (towels, bed linen, kitchen utensils etc.). In the living room there was even a fireside! We also enjoyed the big terrace and the garden. All in all we had a great time and we can really recommend this house!
