Casa pulita, ben arredata ,con tutti i comfort necessari , giardino privato ampio , posizione eccezionale per accedere alle varie spiagge della zona ma lontana da zone caotiche .

Die Wohnung ist ein Anbau an ein Haus. 2 Schlafzimmer und eine kombinierte Küche/Wohnzimmer. Dazu ein Badezimmer mit einer Dusche. Für eine Familie mit vier Personen gerade ausreichend. Der überdachte Vorplatz lädt für gemütliche Stunden ein. Die Lage für Strandbesuche ist ideal. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten an Dutzenden Sandstränden.
Der Kunstrasen wird extrem heiss an der Sonne. Die Zufahrt und der Parkplatz ist für SUV eng. Die Küchenausstattung könnte mehr Besteck vertragen.
