About this house rental
Our beautiful vacation home is close to the sea. The beautiful beach Lu Impostu is only one kilometer from the house. But pool personalities are not neglected either, because the property also includes a community pool that is accessible via the garden and an outdoor shower.
In the garden there is also a fireplace grill for relaxing barbecues under the Sardinian starry sky.
The house consists of two bedrooms, a master bedroom with access to the spacious balcony and a room with two single beds, which can also be put together to form a double bed. There is also a bathroom with its own shower on both floors.
The decor is - in keeping with the building - in a modern country style. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The house is equipped with air conditioning, which can be regulated individually for each room.
The kitchen is also appropriately equipped - just as it should be for Italy.
In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket for quick shopping, two coffee bars and a pizzeria.
The villa is ideal for couples and families with children.
Cars can be parked in the private parking space in front of the house.

A lovely house in a great location. Communication before we arrived was great, so we knew exactly who to contact on the day to get the keys, and Anna was flexible and let us in a little early. The house has everything you need. The air-conditioning works very well, the showers are good, and the beds are comfortable. From the house you can get to many beautiful beaches in less than 15 mins drive. Many thanks for letting us borrow the beach umbrellas.

Andreas is an excellent host. He was always very helpful and responded really quickly to any questions that I had. He also kindly arranged door to door transport to and from Olbia airport (only 30 mins in the car).
This house is great and has everything that you need for a family holiday. It's very clean, very well kept and has all the facilities you need and more! It's just across the road from the supermarket, cafe and bar and only a short walk / beach bus ride to some beautiful beaches. They have parasols / beach mats / buckets and spades / balls to use at the beach and if you want to take it a bit easier, there's a communal pool to take a dip in which was never busy.
On a broader note Sardinia is beautiful and the people were very friendly and family orientated, so it was never an issue to take children to a restaurant or bar.
If you wanted to see more of the island I think you would need a car but there's more than enough close by to keep you busy and interested.
