About this apartment rental
Ideally located, very quiet, comfortable, decreasing rates depending on the duration, near the beaches and downtown, a huge community pool.
The apartment was renovated in December 2015 and has all the comfort and charm you need for an exceptional holiday. The modern ambience of the apartment blends perfectly with its ocean view, from where you can listen to its song.

For your comfort, this studio is equipped with a 50 "LED screen with remote control.

Sleeping
Is composed of 1 double bed of 160x200cm (in the bedroom) and a large sofa bed (140x200cm) (in the living room)
The household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels ....) is obviously available for the duration of the stay.
The kitchen
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including fridge, freezer, traditional oven, "4-burner" glass ceramic, microwave with grill, extractor hood ...
Small appliances are not to be outdone since you will also find: traditional coffee maker, NESPRESSO © coffee maker, toaster, citrus press, sandwich maker, kettle, blender, iron and ironing board.
The bathroom
It has a personal, modern and functional style.
You will find a 80cm x 120cm shower tray, sink with its designer furniture, WC, washing machine ... without forgetting the hair dryer and hair iron ...
The terrace
You can enjoy the terrace and its views at any time for sunbathing or dining. You will never tire of the magnificent view ... a real treat !!!

We had such an amazing holiday. The unit is very quiet and the views are outstanding. We hiked from the rental three days. We did one day of sailing and four more days of hiking elsewhere on the island. 70 km of hiking! We had all of our meals in the rental and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and nearby swimming hole. Bris was amazing with his communication. This was seamless and perfect.

We love Costa del Silencio and have been coming here since 2017. First Line of the Sea is absolutely our favourite place to stay. Bris, our host could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. He’s thought of everything one might need for a beach holiday and provided. In addition to the absolutely amazing view and proximity to our favourite beach bar ever, Mana Nui, we enjoyed the pool and landscaping of Balcon del Mar. Hoping to return.

Lovely views from the balcony. Nice pool and snack bar. Nice quiet part of town. Hire a car if you want to visit other parts of the island or there is a bus service just a short walk away. Local supermarket to get your shopping. You will have a lovely stay here, can recommend. Restaurants local to go and eat.

From meeting Brice on arrival to leaving I can't fault a single thing. Large, clean and well presented apartment. Everything you need is there and the view from the balcony is awesome. Would definately stay there again
