Relaxation, comfort, and tranquility are what you’ll find in this apartment located in the Balcón del Mar residential complex, right on the beachfront. It offers direct access from the complex to the adjacent natural pools and rock pools. You’ll have access to the development’s large private pool, surrounded by greenery, rocks, and a central bar where you can cool off while enjoying the sun.
Drinking water and snacks are available in the common areas. A supermarket is a 5-minute walk away.
The complex has 24-hour private security.
You’ll have a peaceful balcony from which you can see the highest peak in the Canary Islands and in Spain, the Teide volcano.
Just outside the complex, very close by, is the Montaña Amarilla National Monument, known for its yellow mountain and crystal-clear waters where, in addition to swimming, you can enjoy activities like snorkeling.
Near the residential complex, you’ll also find various restaurants and bars where you can sample traditional dishes from the southern part of the island.

The apartment was beautifully clean, well equipped, the welcome tray was a very nice gesture. The complex is in a quiet area with a nice pool. May we suggest lightweight sun loungers to take to the pool, the ones in the apartment were a little cumbersome to carry everyday. We feel the 10 fee to hire 2 sun loungers from the pool on a daily basis is rather expensive.Marlens communication is very good.

This is a wonderful, modern and very clean apartment, beautifully kept. It was equipped with everything we needed - and much more. There was even a gift of a tray of groceries when we arrivedThe owner was easy to contact and always helpful.The apartment is in a complex that is mainly occupied by permanent Spanisch residents. It was quiet and pleasant.The surrounding area is mainly residential, with clusters of shops and restaurants here and there. A short ca ride away we found a wonderful restaurant, El Cordero - delicious food, very good value and a friendly Atmosphäre.All in all, an excellent place to stay.

It was exactly what we wanted, spacious, clean and very well equipped, there was even complimentary snacks, wine and toiletries in the bathroom.
