Welcome to your home away from home in the sunny south of Tenerife. This one-bedroom apartment is in the peaceful Balcón del Mar complex. Which is designed for those who want a quiet place to stay, relax, disconnect and enjoy the island at your own pace. The apartment is on the first floor and has elevator access.

Welcome to your home away from home in the sunny south of Tenerife. This one-bedroom apartment is in the peaceful Balcón del Mar complex. Which is designed for those who want a quiet place to stay, relax, disconnect and enjoy the island at their own pace. The apartment is on the first floor and has elevator access.
The apartment has a romantic balcony with stunning ocean views - perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening or your first coffee to start the day. The apartment also features a modern living space with modern amenities. Including a 55-inch smart screen and ceiling fans. The bedroom has comfortable beds with memory foam mattresses and closet space and drawers so you can store everything you need. We also have a fully equipped kitchen with air fryer, stovetop, coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer for those who want to stay and enjoy a romantic home-cooked meal. There is an iron, ironing board and hair dryer available for your use. The apartment has a separate bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and bidet. Fresh towels are also provided.
This beautiful complex has a large swimming pool surrounded by tropical gardens. It also has the added benefit of a poolside bar, which serves a wide variety of drinks. And it also has a varied food menu. We are located in Costa del Silencio, one of the quietest places in Tenerife. And a short walk from the promenade, local restaurants and seaside cafés. Which include a wide selection of boutique clothing stores. We have easy access to Los Cristianos and Las Américas for nightlife, shopping and excursions. We are a one-minute walk from the local bus stop for those who want to explore other local tourist cities.
