About this apartment rental
The apartment is a duplex of about 230 meters.´
It is situated in a gated community in the very quiet village of Ericeira, 400 meters walk from Foz do Lizandro and Sul beaches and 10 minutes walk from the center of Ericeira (with pedestrian zone).
The apartment consists of 2 floors.
On the first floor we have 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, living and dining room, fireplace, equipped kitchen and a large balcony.
The living room gives access to an excellent balcony with dining table, where you can enjoy the superb sea view and a unique sunset.
On the upper floor we have a large room which, we want to be a recreation area, with board games, darts, puzzles, finally for a well spent nights with friends or family. This floor also has huge balcony with about 20 meters. , sofas and beanbags where you can be under a magnificent sun or under an unforgettable moonlight over the ocean.
This floor has a sofa bed for 2 more people if required.

Great spot to stay at. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the Ericeira center and has access to a beach very close by. Views are great and the space was functional and great.

What an awesome place, view, and location. Carlos was fantastic about communication and teaching us about the area. The waves were super fun but you need a wetsuit. Water is a bit cold but with the warm weather it was refreshing. You can walk everywhere and the town was so quaint and beautiful. No A/C in the house but there is a constant breeze and the air is cool at night. We went in the summer. We would come again and stay longer. :)
