Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Rita est une hôte très accueillante, sympathique et disponible. L’appartement était très propre, bien équipé, confortable et conforme aux photos. L’emplacement est idéal, dans un quartier calme et proche de tout. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Rien de particulier. Tout s’est très bien passé.

The flat is very cosy, renovated with real local feel. Location is exceptional in the old city centre, close to the beach and restaurants. All amenities were well functioning and everything we needed was provided - coffee machine, toaster, hot water kettle

We were on the ground floor; when opening the windows there is no privacy as people are walking on the street right in front of the room. There are shades to keep privacy but then the rooms get darker. A little noisier than comfortable

Comfortable apartment. Easy walk to the many restaurants and cafes. Very clean. Lovely filtered water views and ocean breezes. Easy self-check in process.

The main bathroom was small but was adequate.

Good location, well equipped and clean

I had requested to make a double bed instead of twin beds. I was told that it wasn’t possible and I could cancel my stay for free, which I couldn’t really do as I booked with large notice and the prices for similar places were already much higher. I found this very rude and it was just a simple request to handle. Then when we used the washing machine it flooded the whole apartment which showed a lack of maintenance. Mostly disappointed by the lack of flexibility and manners of the host. She tried to be nicer afterwards when I said I couldn’t cancel and I would reflect my disappointment on the reviews. Lots to learn and improve about customer service.
