Huoneisto oli viihtyisä, tilava ja toimiva. Kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta. Erittäin hiljainen, sopivan viileää sisätiloissa. Hyvä sijainti.

Siisteys ei ollut toivottua tasoa. Seinissä, kaappien ovissa ja kylpyhuoneiden kaakeleissa oli näkyviä roiskeita. Lattiat olivat likaiset. Astiat olivat erityisen likaiset, jouduimme pesemään astiat ennen käyttöä. Viinilaseja oli vain kaksi. Keittiöön tarvitaan pöytärätti ja astiaharja.
