Casa das Escadinhas

Eliana is an amazing host. She takes good care of the house, welcomed us with very good snacks and wine upon our arrival and is always very friendly. The property location is very central in Ericeira. Easy to reach restaurants and beach. Decoration is beautiful. You have everything needed even for a longer stay.

The house is not brand new, so understandably maintenance is needed sometimes, but the host would take care of it very fast so we don‘t see this as a minus point at all.

The accommodation was an ideal size—there were five of us staying, and there were still extra beds available. The location was perfect: just a short walk to the town centre and equally close to the beach, which happens to be right next to an incredible bakery. The view from the top window was stunning, offering a clear sightline to the sea on the horizon. Inside, the space felt open and airy, with minimal clutter, making it comfortable and relaxing. The outdoor area was a lovely bonus—a small sun trap that gets a few hours of sunshine in the afternoon, perfect for unwinding. The host was fantastic—quick to respond to any messages and genuinely attentive, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The welcome gift was a thoughtful touch and made us feel instantly at home in Portugal.

Beautiful home right in the Center of town.

Beautiful, vast and big house.We had more rooms than we needed. There are 2 bathrooms and one additional toilet. House is well equipped (there are all kitchen devices and lots of cups and plates). Cental location, 100 m to the city market with fresh vegetables and bread. Beaches are nearby, restaurants as well.
