Great location in Ericeira with parking and individual tiny homes for privacy. Could still walk down to the beach and into town and loved that they allow pets. Was a great spot to stay for the week.

Room was nice, beds were comfy, kitchenette was useful
Check-in is a hassle. They don't have a proper front desk, lots of writing back and forth to get check-in instructions.
The biggest problem was that they didn't allow leaving luggages before check-in, which is at 3 pm, so we had to change our travel arrangements and loose half a day of our short trip. On the way back, we found a hotel in the city that was super nice to keep our luggagges.
Neighboring house has a few barking dogs. They bark every single time going in and out, our kid wasn't happy with that.
They gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 trashbags for 3 nights, there is no way of getting more from them.
Also, it is far from everything. You need to arrange your private transportation.
