Welcome to "Cottage" in Ericeira Hills with heated infinitipool.
Totally renovated in June 2014. Silent surroundings in the end of a 'dead end' street with sun all day until it goes down in the atlantic. Walking distance to Ericeira (15 min)
The house looks 'old style portuguese' on the outside, but has been 'ripped apart' in total, and has been remodeled to a modern house on the inside. High class kitchen fully equipped with induction, 3 designer bathrooms, 2 ensuite, modern furnitures, spacious semi level living room with view to the pool. Play area for kids or ekstra sleep.
This villa should have what you ask for in a vacation home. Only 30 min driving from the airport in Lisbon to Ericeira.

Small supermarket / bar / cafe / Butcher only 100 meters away.
The house is on one floor only, and has been totally renovated with the following: 4 Bedrooms with (3) double beds, including 1 annex in the wonderful backyard. 1 room with 2 bunkbeds. 3 bathrooms where 2 is "en suite". Maximum of 10 sleeps. 2 more is possible (12)
Spacious living room with dining area, view to the pool and endless sea view.
Fireplace, multi level to a exclusive modern fully equipped kitchen. Television flat screen with soundbar (Bluetooth) and several channels. + Chromecast for streaming your tv shows. Wifi supplied by fiber.
The house is designed with the frontside which has the infinity pool towards the sea and the sunset, the backyard "relax zone" is perfect for easy mornings and coffee. (Or if you just want some quiet and read a book while the kids are using the pool.)
Parking for 3-4 cars behind the gate (remote control)

Ericeira is a small fishing village about 44 km northwest of Lisbon. It is an idyllic little place out to the open Atlantic. The house was spotless and suited our needs perfectly. Sofia was so helpful, meeting us and giving all the necessary info about the house and pool. She let us know we could call with any questions. We loved the view and the ease of getting to restaurants. My sons and daughter in law jogged every day. Loved our Portugal stay

Great property. Modern, very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Local shop and butcher are very friendly with a great selection of goods.

What a great spot it was for our group of 7 adults. The pool was our favorite part, loved hanging there and taking in the views! Location is awesome and the host was very kind and responsive!

Listed as 4 beds but the bunk room should really be a study/store room. The double rooms at the rear are damp with insufficient ventilation. The property needs some TLC and repair. Everything is a little tired and feels unloved. VRBO should carry out inspections. Have rented through VRBO before and this property is not up to your standard. We vacated 3 days early. All in all disappointing.
