This beautiful Hither Hills home has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and is just a short walk (2 blocks) from one of the most beautiful PRIVATE ocean beaches on the East End of Long Island. The home is modern and spacious with cool ocean breezes and plenty of natural light. There is central air, swimming pool and outdoor shower. Coveted Hither Hills Private beach parking pass/access is also included.
On the first level of this upside down home, there is the master bedroom with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and huge walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and walk in closet. Both bedrooms have sliding doors leading out to the large backyard and heated pool. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full sized closet. There is an additional bathroom and separate washer and dryer on this level.
The second level is very open and spacious surrounded by large windows letting in tons of natural light and cool ocean breezes. There is a wood burning fireplace and large kitchen with top of the line appliances. The dining area allows for seating for 12. The wrap around deck off this level holds a grill and table with chairs perfect for outdoor dining and entertainment.
The backyard has a heated swimming pool surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. There are lounge chairs to relax in and take in the sun. A table with seating up to 10 allows for additional outdoor dining and entertainment. The private enclosed outdoor shower is great after the beach.
You can walk to the ocean beach with your surfboard or beach gear in 5 minutes or drive down and park in any one of the 4 private parking areas on the dunes. Renters will be given a key and parking pass for the private beach entrances part of Hither Hill's MBPOA Association.
The house is just minutes from Gurney's world-class spa and less than 2 miles to the village of Montauk with superb restaurants and Hamptons' nightlife.

Very pleased with decision to stay at Tricia Lynn’s home. The house was perfect. Great location in Montauk. Host is excellent. Would definitely stay again. Perfect for families. HH beach access is so convenient.

Stayed at this property with my wife and two small children. The living area upstairs was perfect with the open set up and wrap around porch! The location was great with a short drive / walk to beach and the town of Montauk.
I property could use a little TLC for linens, outdoor light bulbs and towels. Otherwise, it was a 10/10.

House was in excellent condition with plenty of amenities with premium access to the local ocean beaches. Highly recommend for families.

Lovely home that could use new bed linens and a new deck. Not safe for young children. The lower level had a moldy smell and caused allergic reaction to some. Pool was great. Also until I received the information packet the day before arrival, I was unaware we were responsible to bring all our trash to the recycle center and were given no details on sorting of trash. Great location!!
