These colorful vacation accommodations will brighten both your day and your spirits! Your four-story, 3 bedroom, 3-and-one-half bath soundside townhouse has all the fun stuff to ensure you have a blast during your stay on the Outer Banks!
The second level is where you will find your large, high-ceiling great room with living, dining, and kitchen areas. The comfortable living room features a large sofa and a TV for movie nights with the family. The spacious kitchen comes with appliances, cookware, and a workspace to cook tasty meals. A breakfast bar with seating for 4 ensures that the chef is never left out of a conversation! Sit down and enjoy a delicious meal as a family in the formal dining area.
Head up the stairs to the third and fourth levels to find your comfy cozy sleeping arrangements. The third level boasts two King En Suites for the ultimate privacy. The fourth level has a double Queen En Suite. The people who get this room will have the whole floor to themselves!
The first level of the home features a lovely sitting room with a TV and an arcade gaming station, a half bathroom, as well as a covered porch with comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite book or an afternoon nap.
The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for enjoying sunset viewing and quiet vacationing. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this wonderful resort include a lazy river, sparkling pools, a fun splash pad with various water features lots of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a fitness center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and fitness center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier perfect for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.
If you're longing to feel the sand in your toes and simply must visit the beach, The Flying Flip Flops is a very convenient 1.1-mile drive from the Bermuda Bay communities to the beautiful Kill Devil Hills beaches.

This property has 2 parking spots for guests: one in the driveway and one designated overflow spot. (Guests are not permitted access to the garage.) Please note that there are also several first-come, first-served visitor parking spots.
Trailers, U-Hauls, and campers are not permitted in the Bermuda Bay community.
**The Bermuda Bay community private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 1 to May 17. Beginning May 22, the pool will be open daily and close on October 1 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**
Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.

Memorable. Clean convenient and comfortable. Upstairs bedroom with skylights made for difficult early mornings sleeping with early summer sunrise. Community pool was great.

Perfect stay for a long weekend if you do not want to go to the beach. Location for restaurants was perfect! Pool was great for all ages. Highly recommend for a non-beach get away.

The place is nice, but whoever the cleaner is should be fired. The upstairs shower curtain had mold. The Chandelier above the kitchen table was filled with cobwebs. The exterior needs a good pressure wash. At a distance, it looks perfect, but as soon as you get settled in, you will start to see the issues missed by cleaners and management. When we returned from dinner, the kitchen counter had a cricket or beetle walking on it.
All in all, this place was way too expensive to have this many issues. Management did offer to rectify the problems but failed to have anyone show up when they said someone would come to spray for bugs. My next vacation will be booked with someone else or a hotel.
