Starting on the top floor, our home has a private master bedroom with king size bed and memory foam mattress, seating area, and en-suite bathroom.
The third floor features a large open living room, full kitchen with bar and table seating, 6 person dining room table, half bath, large Smart tv, bluetooth Bose speaker, outdoor deck with table and chairs overlooking the clubhouse and pool area.
The second floor has a second master bedroom with king size bed and memory foam mattress and en-suite bathroom. A third bedroom with bunk beds and pull out trundle bed with its own en-suite bathroom.
Yes, all three bedrooms have their own private bathrooms!!
Also on this floor is the laundry area with a washer and dryer.
All new LVP flooring in all living spaces and hallways.
The ground floor features a spacious garage with air hockey table, foosball table, and poker table. The main parking area is a space in front of the home and a reserved spot in the parking lot. There is parking available in the garage as well. There is plenty of open area around the house for walking and playing with your pets.

Cornhole set
Beach chairs with rolling cart
One adult sized bicycle
One medium sized bicycle
Extra Large Dog Crate

One of best parts of the Cambridge Cove community is access to the bike paths and trails in the area. The Wright Brothers Memorial is a 2 minute bike ride away. The area also has quick access to the Butterfly Garden and Arboretum, Turtle Pond, and a Disc Golf Course.

Our stay was enjoyable. The Home was comfortable and clean, it had everything you needed to make it like home, even bowls for the pups. Entertainment was near by. Looking forward to returning soon. The Hospitality from the owner was great, any questions I had was answered right away. Thank You!

Very enjoyable stay at Bermuda Bay townhouse. House was clean and well decorated. TVs with streaming. Fully equipped kitchen. My kids loved the air hockey. The pool is great for all ages with the water slides, shallow end, lazy river, and multiple seating areas in the pool. Quick easy drive to beach.

The property is lovely, pet friendly and in a good location. The owner was kind enough to leave dog biscuits and answered all of our texts/emails quickly. He has no restriction on the type of dog. I limited the overall rating to 3 stars because there are no basic items, like sugar, salt & pepper or any other spices. No oil, aluminum foil, wraps, etc. There were no bars of soap or any shampoo (even travel sizes) in any bathrooms. I understand that the owner did not include these items in the listing; however, we have stayed at many rental properties that have these basic things. Maybe, it's because this was a new listing and the owner is not quite up to speed on what guests need. We brought our food to cook meals together, but had to go to the store for items like salt & pepper (which we left for the next guests). The owner provided only 1 bath towel for each guest, only 1 box of tissues for the entire property, only 1 full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for 4 guests for 3 nights, (he did drop off a package of TP after our request) and just 2 dishwasher tabs (again, 4 guests for 3 nights). I was told that coffee and creamer are provided; however, there was not enough coffee for 4 guests for 3 mornings. Finally, inappropriately, the "linen guy" rang the bell while we were there to provide linens for the next guests, but during OUR vacation. If on the 4th floor, it's 2 flights down to answer the door and 2 back up. In summary, if you are staying at this property, it is nice, but you need to bring everything with you or go shopping when you get there.
