This Villa is in an absolutely perfect spot in Cala D’Or. You have direct access to the beach via a gate, the town is literally 3 minutes walk away and the gorgeous Marina is about 5 minutes away. The Villa is set over quite a few levels so lots of stairs but the view is spectacular. The pool is a nice size and well looked after. The rooms were spacious, good a//c and comfortable beds. The bathrooms and kitchen are a bit tired and dated for sure but they work perfectly well. On street parking for those with hire cars can be a bit challenging. Absolutely perfect location for visiting Cala D’Or.

This property couldn't be in a better location - with a fabulous pool and the beach on our doorstep. You could go out the bottom gate jump on the sea and swim or walk to the beach in minutes. You can of course walk down the road and again it's under 5minutes.
This villa is under 10 minutes walk to the wonderful marina, and 5 minutes into the centre of Cala d'Or.
The town has a lot of food options and is very lovely at night.
The villa is spacious with excellent air conditioning. It does need some modernisation in areas such as the bathrooms and the furniture is traditionally Spanish.
All on all a fantastic holiday had by all😁

Lovely stay few probs back bedroom bathroom damp walls falling plaster took 3 days for someone to come and look . Pool area sunbeds dirty tried to clean ourselves need to be replaced previous peoples broken umbrellas bats etc just left at pool
