Excellent location. Effective air conditioning in the rooms and very clean throughout.
Blocked drains meaning the showers regularly flooded through. Eventually my husband cleared two of the drains so we could shower and there was months and months of accumulated hair/sand/hair clips etc. some bottled water and a bit more toilet roll would have been a welcoming more personal touch. Some decor was tired. We found it hard to operate the cooker.

Pool was excellent. Amenities in the villa were to a good standard.
Too many cockroaches getting inside. Appreciate they are unavoidable in Majorca but we had to evict three or four over the week.

The location was excellent. In between two great beaches and close to the shops and restaurants. The property suited our group with plenty of space for us all.
The pool wasn’t cleaned or treated until our 5th day. It was very cloudy but when the pool man did arrive he was amazing. He got the chemical levels sorted and came twice a day after that. The outside light was broken so we were unable to eat outside after dark. Towels were delivered again on the 5th day, would have been better earlier in the stay.

Locatie locatie locatie dat beviel het meeste. Op loopafstand van centrum met veel eetgelegenheden (wel heuveltje op) en dichtbij 2 stranden. Zwembad (onverwarmd) bij het huis was ook fijn en dagelijks gebruikt ondanks begin mei. Kamers ruim en op 5 slaapkamers, 4 badkamers genoeg privacy voor iedereen. Keuken goed uitgerust en voor nood ook een wasmachine aanwezig. 2 keer tuin / zwembad onderhoud in onze week, alles liep soepel en kwam verzorgd over.
Unaniem voor alle slaapkamers: bedden waren slecht, spiralen voelbaar en met dekens opgemaakt (ouderwets en liever een zomer dekbedje). Verder met stip op 2: onhygiënisch; haren van vorige huurders in badkamers en op dekens, was ook muf op kamers, spinnenwebben in woongedeelte. Lijkt wel een tijdje leeg gestaan, misschien wel door start seizoen (begin mei).
