Early summer trip to Sedona for a family of 11 was fantastic! I highly recommend.

Since we saw on fb that there was a fire very close to our vrbo, we tried numerous times to call our host, always going to voice mail that was full. We emailed several times. Didn’t know if our rental was in evac area. We flew in to flagstaff and kept trying to call and email. No response whatsoever. Finally contacted visitors center who told us we should be good. They were the most helpful, looking on map and discussing among people there. Finally received an email from host that briefly said we were good to go. House was beautiful and views were awesome. Shower in hall bath upstairs didn’t work. Light bulb in bath upstairs burned out over sink, downstairs room with double beds had dirty socks and trash behind nightstand, lawn was overgrown and need mowing badly. I was charged full price when I booked rather than two payments. Notified the host, nothing. Pool is not infinity as noted in description. We had a great time celebrating an 80th birthday. I think the house needs maintenance. We’ve booked numerous vrbo’s, so not just running this one down. Hopefully this will help for future references. Yard is beautiful but could use some care. Flowers in pots dead and others needed trimming. Over all, we enjoyed the house.
