The sound of birds and the rustle of trees set the tone for peaceful days spent soaking in the hot tub, reading in the hammock, or gathering by the fire pit under a starlit sky. Four bedrooms offer comfort and flexibility for up to 12 guests. The detached studio is included in reservations with 8 guests. For parties less than 8 guests, the detached studio can be reserved for an additional fee. Three full bathrooms are equipped with towels, toiletries, and hair dryers.

A fully equipped kitchen awaits with stainless steel appliances, a central island, and all the essentials for preparing meals. Gather around the dining table for eight or enjoy light bites at the bar seating for two. Sliding glass doors open to the deck, where you can savor fresh air between courses. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, along with cookware, dishes, and wine glasses.
Living areas
The open-concept living room combines comfort and connection, featuring vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and large windows framing the mountain view. Relax by the gas fireplace or watch a movie on the 50” 4K Smart TV with Apple TV and Netflix. High-speed WiFi, books, and board games keep everyone entertained, while children’s toys, books, a crib, and a high chair make the space family-ready.
Outdoor living
The private backyard is a peaceful retreat with a hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor dining area. Children can climb and explore on the playground and climbing structure, while adults lounge in the hammock or chat on the patio. A BBQ grill and outdoor furniture make it easy to spend the whole evening outside under Sedona’s starry sky.

Listing Access
You will have access to the entire home. The detached studio, or the 4th bedroom, is not connected to the main part of the house and does not have its own bathroom. The studio is typically for overflow and you are giving automatic access to it if you have over 8 in your party. If you have under 8 in your party, and wish to add this on to your reservation, for an additional fee, please let us know.
The home has a very big driveway with a 2 car garage. There is parking for 4 to 6 vehicles. Code on door for home access

Very nice. Watch out for the 10am checkout - especially if you like early morning hikes. House is in great condition - we loved the hot tub and firepit.

The house was very close to shopping, which was great. It was very comfortable for four couples. We were disappointed that the lights above the hot tub did not work. The floors and rugs on the floors were very dirty. There was not enough hot water to accommodate everyone taking a shower. The shower drain in the twin bedroom bath did not drain properly, which resulted in standing water while taking a shower. some of the jets on the hot tub did not function. The faucet on the sink in the twin bathroom is so close to the sink that you can’t even rinse your hands off. The toilet in the twin bedroom bathroom ran continually. The towel bar in the bathroom in the upstairs bedroom is off the wall. Could not get the ceiling light in the front entry bedroom to work.
