Such a beautiful property, very quiet and relaxing. romantic

It was a delicious breakfast surpassing our expectations every day we were there. Serving portions very large. Staff serving us were so warm and friendly, that made it very special. Homemade Bread was a real winner! Chef prepared meals.

The location of the property was beautiful. The room was so comfortable and the view from every window was amazing. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very clean and comfortable.

The entrance and exit to the highway were a little tricky to navigate.

The place they had for us had a tight little spiral syaircase to access the bed upstairs which my wife could not navigate and our syuff could not go upstairs. The bottom section was funky. We asked to change rooms but they could not accomodate that. We did not stay and they charged us regardless

The main dish was very good with the eggs and avacado toast. Not everyone likes avacado though. The bacon was wonderful. The presentation was very nice. We liked the hot tub and the room was nice.

The T.V. was not in a good place to see from the bed and the remote wouldn't work from the bed. I could not get the T.V. cart to move. Getting across the road was a nightmare for us. The location was hard for us to find the hill up to the property took several attempts.

Wow! This place is truly magical, inside and out. The cabin is incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor surroundings are absolutely breathtaking. The grounds feel like a secret garden — you half expect a fairy to appear from the canopy of trees or near the lily pad pond. Breakfast is thoughtfully curated and absolutely delicious. The staff is attentive, accommodating, and genuinely lovely. This hidden gem is an unforgettable stay — I 100% recommend it!

Great Choice for Sedona, but Not Suited for Children

Large room, nicely-furnished for a Bed and Breakfast. Being on the upper floor (2nd floor) I had sweeping views to the south from the patio. The location is just out of town, very convenient but removed from the crowds. You get to meet new people over breakfast. All the other guests I met were very amiable and charming, so apparently Sedona Views attracts like-minded people. If you want something different from the standard chain hotel offerings, this is an excellent choice. Did not use the hot tub personally, but heard other guests commenting favorably.

I actually own and run my own 5-star resort, Plantation Bay in Mactan Philippines. Let me offer the Sedona Views management some small suggestions to make this B&B even better. 1. Put a much larger sign at the roadside, and light it at night. 2. Breakfast should not be a carbohydrate bomb. Most people will be happy with eggs to order, bacon or sausage, and buttered whole-grain toast. (But the coffee at breakfast and in the room is very good.) 3. Post clearer “office hours” and “emergency situations” availability. 4. Eliminate bright lights in what should be a dark bedroom, notably the split AC temperature-setting LED and the very bright pilot light for the gas fireplace. Forgo the “antique-y” table lamps and choose ones with shades that completely screen the bulbs from guests’ eyes. Choose LED bulbs with Warm light (not Daylight).

Absolute gem in Sedona! Nestled by the river, it’s just far enough from town to truly unplug and unwind. The service is incredible, the views are stunning, and the amenities make you feel completely at home. Breakfast by the fire was outstanding. It was fresh, delicious, and beautifully done. It was a dream to stay here and can’t wait to return.

Our stay here was incredible. The property is beautiful and feels like you walked into the secret garden. There are many areas they have that you can sit and read, journal, meditate or what ever you want to. There are small docks just steps from the cabins to sit at and an actual beach area for swimming. The cabin is gorgeous and fit right in with the grounds. We had our own patio with a fire place to relax on and have our breakfast on. They delivered our “continental” breakfast to our door and it was some of the most delicious food we’ve had. We loved everything about our stay here and felt quite spoiled by the time we left. My favorite part of our stay was the director who was in contact with me and made sure throughout our visit, that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He was fabulous! We can’t wait to stay here again!

The property was very old and outdated. The best part about it was the views, but I believe very overpriced.

that out of the five rooms, there is only one room with a bathtub, the accommodations, as far as bringing up your luggage, and using the very old elevator little inconvenient. we were originally booked in a room that the deck shared with your neighbor didn’t like that at all. Fortunately, for us, there was a cancellation which was more private, but still very overpriced for the aged bed-and-breakfast thank you to the host for quickly, exchanging our room. this was a last minute reservation for us so now that I have more time, I will search some Airbnb as I’ve already found a few that are much nicer and less expensive sad because my husband and I haven’t been away for over a year. Very disappointing.

Perfect Getaway!

The friendliness of the owners, they definitely made us feel welcome. The location was perfect for us. Just outside of uptown, away from the busyness of the town. Breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable. The views from the private deck are spectacular. The hot tub for two was perfect for relaxing after the day of sightseeing. We will definitely be back.

What a wonderful healing place!

The property is tastefully decorated with lots of well kept plants. It’s very quite and private. We also like the little waterfall that leads to our suite. We like to sit outside and read. it’s very relaxing. We got to meet the owner as well. She is very helpful and accommodating. She suggested that we take the shuttle to go to some of the trails and it was a great idea! She also helped us print a trail pass. She made our first trip to Sedona so much easier. We would love to come back again and would recommend it to our friends.

A great recharge and special time spent relaxing

Loved the fireplace, the hot tub and the views. The little touches of snacks and drinks was nice.

Their was an odd smell coming from bathroom the first day and a half. Maybe sewer smell? Also, not that we were in the room much but if we would have wanted to watch a movie or two, the tv wasn’t able to be angled towards the bed so trying to fall asleep watching tv wasn’t really an option but again, would have been more of an issue if bad weather and in the room more.
