About this villa rental
Our holiday home is a recently built modern and spacious single
house with garden, swimming pool, solarium with BBQ (100m²) and has 3 bedrooms,
2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, fridge) and all
amenities such as internet, air conditioning and much more.
Located in San Pedro Del Pinatar (Spain) in the province of Murcia at less than 400m from the beaches on the famous Mar Menor (the southern CostaBlanca), close to numerous nature reserves such as the Parque Natural de Calblanque and the National Park of Salinas Y Arenales (salt lakes) ), where numerous relaxing activities such as beach, sports, culture, wining and dining and so on are possible.
Our holiday home has been carefully designed to offer you the perfect individual modern living spaces. Sliding glass doors that give direct access to a large terrace with private swimming pool, enclosed garden, garden shed and parking. There is also a large sun terrace (solarium) to enjoy the sun all day.
The house is located near the famous beaches Lo Pagan and Santiago de Ribera. The Corvera (Murcia) airport is around 30 minutes' drive away. The "Dos Mares" shopping center is also around 11 minutes away (4.6 km) and the supermarkets, restaurants, boutiques and cinema are within walking distance of the villa.
Enjoy the promenade of Santiago de la Ribera and Lo Pagan both day and night, with countless restaurants and some great little tapas bars or enjoy the popular marina. This area has a spa and also offers a variety of sporting activities, including seasonal water sports, and the Pinatar Footbal Arena center is fantastic (2 km): here Belgian and other international teams train. And not to mention, a number of particularly good golf courses are very close!

The villa itself was lovely and well equipped however it was a little bit out of the way for us. 15-20 mins walk to the nearest supermarket wasn't ideal. The pool and patio area didn't get the sun until mid afternoon however the roof terrace was spacious and we just sat there in the mornings and early afternoon. There's a villa being extended directly behind this one and we were woken at 8am 2 days in a row with work noise and the builder's radio. All in all we had a good stay but not sure we would return to San Pedro Del Pinatar.

My family and i had a lovely holiday, From the moment we met the lovely Ellis on arrival to the time we sadley had to go we had the perfect holiday.
Location was great as it was far enough out the way to be fairly quiet and easy to park right outside the Villa plus very central to all locations that we visited on our holiday, From the Waterpark to GoKarts and JetSkis nothing seemed further that 30 mins away.
I would strongly recommened a car as you do need to travel to get to see some lovely sights such as the beach at La Zenia or La Manga or city sights at Murcia or Cartagena we tried to see as much as poss...
The Villa was lovely and had everthing you need although the pre signed contract made me nervous about any breakages as a few things like the blinds, outside light and door lock where already broken on arrival so it made me be very careful especially watching the kids.
The pool was a great and neccessary addition to the villa as it was hot hot hot and the kids spent alot of time in there and it was a really good size.
Also it was nice to have aircon but it didnt cool the Villa unless it was on for a long period but obviously your capped on electricity usage so i only used it for short periods, Ive never stayed anywhere before where you have to watch electricity use.
The Villa had a great alarm system but i still would of been slightly more comfortable with a safe for passports etc.
All in all we had a lovely time and would definately recommend and return.

Lovely villa. Great communication from Marc and Ellis. Nicely located, 10/15 min walk from beach and restaurants.
A bit of building works in the villa behind, but didn’t really affect the vibe.

The property is perfect for a relaxing week away.
It is very well presented and the accurate to the advertisement.
The pool and accommodation was exceptionally clean and we had a lovely week.
