Everything about this villa was great, the pool, furniture, space, just over 10min walk to beach, can actually see the sea after walking 5min. Pool cleaned twice weekly. Easy access and Anna Maria always available. I would recommend this Villa and owners to anyone wanting to go to Murcia
Only complaint is shortage on pillows. But I got pillow from grandson

Clean not too far away from beach and restaurants management team nearby didn't need to use them apart from handover of deposit and keys watching and the info pack is in Belgian I think the villa is well equipped
The owners manners in speech very abrupt to the point of cheek maybe a language difference and the security system has cameras so you don't know who's watching but I knew this before booking
