There is beautiful and welcoming country house in Santa Margarita. It is designed for the comfort and welfare of those clients who would like enjoy their privacy. It has an area of 14,000 square meters of which 3,000 of them are for your enjoyment.
There are different kinds of trees such as almond trees and olives trees that give a touch of intimacy. The swimming pool is surrounded by grass and it measures 9x 3, 80 mts. There is a barbecue, a big terrace with furniture and an ideal porch to watching the wonderful sunsets.
The house measures 78 square meters. There is one big bedroom with tow beds (and one single bed). The room is very bright air-conditioned; it has two windows overlooking the courtyard. There is also a bathroom with towels and a hairdryer. A kitchen full equipped. There is also a living room with TV set and extra channels.
To finish with, Son Bia country house has all the comforts you need to enjoy your holidays in Mallorca.

Pros:The house was beautiful with stunning views and a wonderful pool! (It was too cold in April to use it)Cati was communicative and incredibly helpful, and diligent in making our stay extraordinary. Great views from the yardCati put out a wonderful spread of snacks and wine.The house is a 15 minute drive from the east side of the island, but still central enough to feel like the whole island is close at handThe house feels very private. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot! There is a washing machine on site! (No dryer)Cons:There isn't much to do within a few minutes of the house. Having a rental car is a necessity!The shower had a difficult time draining, but we found it was do to the drain strainer rather than the pipesThere appeared to be cameras in several of the rooms,which we hoped would have been disclosed in the listing.We found them easy to ignore.The Wi-Fi was slow, didn't work at all on two nights and only had a one gig limit. Since were international, we relied on it - Cati was diligent in trying to fix the issue.Overall a wonderful trip! Thank you Cati!

We were welcomed by Catalina in the evening, the pool and garden were lit by lanterns. So beautiful. She had some food ready for us. So nice! Next morning we had a spectacular view over the mountains. I fell in love with the house! Swimming in march, we were lucky. Highly recommended! Thanks so much!
