Country house with swimming pool on the outskirts of Santa Margalida.
If you are looking for a high-quality interior and, at the same time, the traditional village life, this fantastic house is exactly what you need.
This house is located on the outskirts of Santa Margalida and has capacity for up to 4 people. About 300 m away you will find supermarkets, restaurants and small shops and in a few minutes you will arrive at the Beach of Ca'n Picafort.
The house has 2 rooms with air conditioning, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with a rain effect shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with washing machine and dishwasher also at your disposal. In the elegant living room, there is a cosy sofa and a flat-screen television. TV, DVD player and WiFi.
On the covered terrace there is 1 large dining table, so you can enjoy your meals outdoors. It is also possible to enjoy a delicious barbecue.
There is a swimming pool of 3x4 metres. There are enough sun loungers to relax.
