Beautiful finca for 4 people with private pool on the outskirts of Santa Margalida.This spectacular villa is located in the outskirts of Santa Margalida, in a very quiet rural area. The house is fully equipped and very bright. In addition, it has a swimming pool, a large garden of natural grass surrounding the house and several furnished terraces perfect to spend time outdoors and enjoy the magnificent climate of Mallorca.
The property is located on the outskirts of Santa Margalida, a small town located in the east of the island. There you can find numerous services as well as restaurants and shops. In addition, you will find the beautiful beach of Can Picafort less than 5 minutes. The excellent location of the house allows you to easily explore the east coast of Mallorca. It is less than 15 minutes by car from the bay of Alcúdia and its spectacular sandy beach and crystal clear waters. The tourist areas of Can Picafort, Platges de Muro or Port d'Alcúdia are also very close.
Air conditioning:
- As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has central air conditioning hot / cold throughout the accommodation.
Costs to be paid at destination not included in the price:
- Tourism Tax (mandatory)
Notes:
- You will find firewood for the barbecue for free.
- You will have two bicycles at your disposal.
- TThe owner offers customers an ensaimada (the most typical sweet in Mallorca), a bottle of wine and a variety of drinks (juice, milk, beer).
- The information of all guests (first name, last name, gender, date of birth, passport number/ID number, date of issue and nationality) must be provided before the check-in day through our platform.- Please note Please note that due to continuous improvements, some items may vary from the photos. However, we assure you that we take care of every detail to guarantee your maximum comfort during your stay.

In the event that you leave the property in a state of dirt that requires an extra reinforcement for its cleaning, the price of this reinforcement will be deducted from the deposit and the amount will be from 100 euros.
- Upon departure it is forbidden to leave garbage inside or outside the property. In case of non-compliance, the minimum amount of 90 euros will be withheld from the deposit.
- Any breakage that occurs by customers (windows, appliances electronics, etc…) will be in charge of it.
