About this house rental
This is a large Catskill Vacation Rental house in the Catskill region. The house is clean, very spacious with nice furnishings and nicely decorated. It comes complete with bed linens and comforters. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS, SOAPS AND GARBAGE BAGS.
.The house has a full kitchen, WIFI two living rooms with a flat screen TV in each and a dining room/ living room. We rent the entire house to one group at a time. Although it is a big house smaller groups are also welcome and will relish the warmth and cozy feeling of Catskill lodging in style! The property is private with Mountain views. Our property has 2 acres of flat and very usable acres with a Barn that is a recreation room with a pool table and air hockey. It is centrally located to skiing in Hunter Mountain only 5 to 7 minutes. Windham Mountain is about 15 to 20 minutes from us. In the Summer we are only 5 to 15 minutes to several Lakes. Also we are close to Phoenicia for some great tubing. Woodstock is about 30 minutes. Please check rates with owner because they fluctuate according to season and availability. We provide outdoor grill and picnic tables.
10pm Noise ordinance enforced. No loud speakers yelling, screaming etc. Noise travels and we like to preserve our harmonious relationship with our neighbors.

fantastic property with a fantastic host. check-in was painless.the star of the show is the huge dining room table. perfect for crafts and games.the game room (an entire barn) also a highlight.great for large groups. our stay in spring had a mix of warm and cold weather; the window AC units that were available to install were clutch, and by the end of the weekend the heat worked great too.kitchen is well stocked, but we were also glad we brought extra baking pans and trays.BYO towels and soapsplenty of parking spaceif you're from out of town, make sure you google grocery stores on your way in. for ice and basic needs, there is a Dollar General only 15min away

Great house for our large group with multiple families and small children. We loved hanging out in the separate game room/barn after the kids went to bed. The kids loved the outdoor fire circle and nearby hiking trails. Hope to come back next year!

It was a nice enough house. There was no coverage on some of the windows which creeped us out. Not getting back to a renter/Vrbo about how many nights and acting as if he was not aware. The house is quaint old farmhouse. The girls enjoyed the game room and the large dinning room was wonderful so we could all eat together. It was nice to have the bedding, hand soap and kitchen equipment included. It made it easier to travel. Also, you can tell that renovations are being done that will make the house even better.
