About this villa rental
The completely renovated property occupies a panoramic position within an estate of olive groves and vineyards, boasting an entrancing view of the famous towers of San Gimignano 4 km away. The characteristic architecture enables guests to experience a specifically Tuscan atmosphere. Within the estate there is a nice garden with meadows, ancient trees, terraces and comfortable outdoor areas. The swimming-pool is in a sunny panoramic position. The farmer lives in an independent house with its own outdoor area. The skilful renovation of the premises has fully preserved the typical rustic Tuscan style, with terracotta floors and open-beamed ceilings. The furnishing is rustic and comfortable completed by several antique pieces. Internet adsl free Wi-Fi. Mosquito net. Private: garden, swimming pool (6 x 12 m). Terrace with barbecue, garden furniture. In the house: TV-sat, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher,microwave, fireplace, hair dryer, ice maker. Parking. This place is amazing! Great quite cozy getaway. The host is great and will accommodate your needs. Super easy to communicate with. I would 1000% stay here again and 1000% recommend it.

We absolutely loved this amazing villa. There were 9 of us staying there. 6 adults and 3 children with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The property was beautiful with stunning views. The outdoor area was great with a nice swimming pool, ping pong, and foosball a hit with the kids. Our host Alessandro was very gracious and helpful in all ways. The nearby town of San Gimignano was a gem. The villa was very clean and had everything we could want. I would not hesitate to return here for another wonderful stay.

The host was very accommodating and his responses to our early inquiries were quick and thorough. The kitchen was well appointed and the large dinning table was perfect for our entire party
