The open great room features soaring ceilings, comfortable seating, Sonos speakers throughout the house, and large glass doors that open onto the deck. Just off the main living space, the top-floor primary suite offers a quiet retreat with ocean views — perfect for early mornings or winding down at the end of the day.
From morning coffee to evening cocktails, the deck quickly becomes everyone’s favorite place to be.
The kitchen is built for real cooking, not just vacation basics. With a large refrigerator/freezer, induction range, convection oven, and every small appliance you might need, it’s easy to host dinners for your group or flip pancakes before a beach day.
Outside, the private pool and hot tub sit above the sand with ocean peeks — the perfect place to relax while the kids swim. The wet bar, ice maker, and grill make outdoor dinners effortless.

Could not have an imagined a better location and house for a long weekend with friends. We loved the pool, outdoors showers, open and modern space, proximity to the beach and beautiful sunset views. This house really has it all! The hosts have thought of every detail from boogie boards, beach sun shades and bikes to extra phone chargers. Will definitely be coming back!

We had such a wonderful time staying at Windows on the Sea! We traveled with our family (teens) for the week. From booking the house to preparing for the trip, checking in and responding to questions, Anthony and Whitney were excellent hosts. The house has everything you could need and more! We enjoyed cooking many meals at the house and every appliance we could have asked for was provided. Going to the beach was a breeze as it is only steps away. All the beach necessities were included so our beach trips were relaxing and enjoyable. One of the major highlights was the pool. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool when we were finished with the beach. Overlooking the beach, it was lovely to float in the pool or even use the hot tub! Biking to dinner and shopping in Ocean Beach was a fun activity with our family and easy to do with the bikes provided. Our trip was certainly a 10/10 and I highly recommend staying at Windows on the Sea!

The hosts Anthony and Whittney are nothing short of fabulous! They were very gracious and very responsive to all my questions. The house was in a great location being so close to the ocean and it was very clean and easy to navigate with the touch of an iPad. The heated pool was perfect for my family to gather and play. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing stay on Fire Island.
