Note: This property was just purchased by a new owner in January 2025… therefore, although you see previous Reviews in regards to a golf cart, this condo does not have a golf cart at this time because the HOA is requiring the owner to go on a waiting list for a golf cart spot. Thank you NEWLY UPDATED ! New cabinets, quartz countertops, flooring and furniture!

This beautiful 2BR/2BA condo is located in the neighborhood of Crystal Cove and is located inside the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. Stroll over to Sandestin‘s private beach, just a short ride away.This neighborhood is surrounded by beautiful lush wetland landscaping and overlooking the scenic lake. This home has excellent upgraded furnishings, kitchen, and baths to provide you with modern comfort during your travels. Beautiful Property. The property sits in the middle of SanDestin Beach and Resort so it is a big community on the opposite side of the beach.
The resort is not easy to maneuver.
We enjoyed our stay with the exception of; the beds were extremely unfortable, the golf cart was very old and hard to maneuver, the unit is poorly insulated and the residents above us walked as if they were coming through the ceiling. I could even here them talking.
We were able to make frequent contact with our host when necessary. He was very friendly and patient.
