☼ Kitchen: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, small dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels
☼ Trash Bags: A few liners per bathroom & kitchen bins
If you're staying longer or need more of anything, let us know — we're happy to recommend the closest grocery or convenience stores!
☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. This agreement only needs to be signed by the guest who booked.
☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one in the group over 25 will be required to pay a security deposit.

We stayed here during a family event. The condo was as described. It’s tucked back off the main road in a neighborhood with similar condos. It’s convenient to shops, restaurants, etc. The amenities were good including a well apportioned kitchen, towels, plenty of closet space, etc. The walls in the condo are pretty thin though. You can hear everything that goes on within the condo. You cannot walk to beach access but the host does provide access to beach chairs, towels, etc. The host was responsive and communicative. Overall, it was a good stay.
