About this house rental
Come and relax at this spacious and stylish retreat near the most beautiful coast in the country. This new townhouse in Santa Rosa features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room allowing enough space for up to 7 guests to unpack and unwind. Located less than a 10-minute drive from 30A, Miramar Beach, and Topsail Hill Preserve Park, this townhouse provides the perfect destination for a much needed getaway as well as a place to make life-long memories.
The space
Luxurious amenities are at your disposal in this townhouse. The granite counter kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances as well as everything you may need to prepare snacks for the beach or family style dinners. In the living room and each bedroom, you will find a flat-screen smart TV for your viewing pleasure.
Downstairs you will find an open floor plan with a dining area, a half bath, and a beautiful living room with direct access to a cozy patio. Two full bathrooms and three bedrooms with brand-new furniture and memory foam mattresses are located on the second floor.
Additional amenities such as washer and dryer, beach chairs, iron, ironing board, clothes steamer and hair dryers are also available for your convenience.

Excellent location and stay - very close to Miramar Beach and Topsail Beach. Host was easy to reach via app. Was not able to do early check in as the cleaning crew had arrived 90 minutes prior to check in and still needed to clean the facility, but otherwise - everything was as instructed! Really appreciated the outside washing machine to wash beach towels. Also grateful for the availability of beach chairs an beach umbrella! Rooms were clean and spacious. Only unfortunate part was not being able to receive deliveries as neither ourselves nor the host could physically access the mailbox during our stay. Would highly recommend this property for a large family/group.

The community was vert quiet and easy to get to everthing we wanted to. The owner was very quick to communicate when needed!
