For bookings, other than families, an additional deposit of €100 / 200 may be charged. The deposit will be collected upon arrival.
Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.
To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 9:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.

If you are looking for a calm, relaxing vacation in a beautiful house this is your destination!! The house: beautiful modern house with all comfort you need in a quiet environment. Very nice, well maintained private swimming pool. Resort: very calm and quiet. For us this was the ideal accommodation to explore the surroundings (Lissabon, Obidos, Mafra, Nazare, Peniche, Leiria,.....) A car is a must.

Wonderful House with great swimming pool. Kitchen is well equipped, everything was cleaned perfectly. Sunny from morning to evening. No restaurants and supermarkets nearby, you have to drive around 15 minutes.
