Amazing views of the continental divide, Lake Dillon, and mountain meadows from our comfortable condominium. After a day on the slopes, the trails, or the lake, come back to a relaxing retreat. The condo is situated on the Lake Dillon green space, just steps away from the Summit county bike path or beautiful walks along the shores of Lake Dillon. If skiing is your objective, we have easy access to I-70 and Highway 9. Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Keystone are just 10 minutes away, A-basin and Loveland 15 min, and world-class Vail is 25 minutes.
The 1st bedroom has a generous Westin Heavenly king bed, television, dresser, and an attached full bath. The bathroom is smartly designed to have lock-off access directly from the guest bedroom or the main living area. The 2nd guest bedroom is also nicely furnished with two (2) Westin Heavenly queen beds, dresser and television with attached full bath. There is a large walk-in closet and a pack-n-play with space for an infant in the room.
The condo's kitchen is generously equipped with everything you’ll need to make family meals to enjoy at the breakfast bar or dining room table for 6. There is also a microwave, dishwasher, and disposal. The kitchen is well accessorized with many tools for nearly any culinary endeavor. The living room is strategically laid out to maximize mountain views, or watch the flat screen television. If you need additional sleeping space there is a comfortable pull-out sofa in the living room that will sleep an additional two people. For you to have the best vacation experience we don’t recommend this as a long-term sleeping situation for two adults, best suited for teens or kids.
Summit County is known as ''Colorado's Playground'' and Frisco is in the center of it all. Ski seven different ski areas, golf on 99 championship holes, fly fish the blue ribbon Blue River, go for a ride on over 50 miles of paved bike path, shop the designer outlets, hike hundreds of miles of trails, or just relax in the beautiful mountain setting. If you want to experience all that Summit County has to offer, Frisco and Mountain Meadows is a great location to use as your home base. Our Frisco condo is comfortable, affordable and beautiful. We would love to help make your Summit County vacation a memorable one!

Great location in Frisco with quick access to I-70 and restaurants and grocery stores close by. Unit was very clean, bright and open. Beds very comfy, kitchen fully equipped. Would rent again, and recommend!

All ok in general, the only detail we didn’t like and found a bit abusive from owners is the charge of deposit for moving the bed a few inches towards the wall so the kid wouldn’t fall. We were extremely careful with the property and left it spotless except for forgetting put back the bed a few inches back. The moving of the bed is fairly easy (I did it by myself in one minute) but owners said the cleaning personnel wouldn’t move it back and so the owners had to travel 1 hour to move the bed back a few inches. I understand that owners live far from the property but if you are renting it for a profit, these kinds of details shouldn’t be charged to the guests: the owners should be able to handle them and not charge for an easy activity that takes 2 minutes tops
