Villas at Prospect Point 1521-203 is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath plus den corner unit with easy access to all Summit County has to offer. Sleeps 6. Ideal for families. A bright, clean unit full of light with modern decor and vaulted ceilings. Fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen bar that seats 4. Living room features comfortable seating, large flatscreen and a double sided gas fireplace shared with the den. Den has additional seating and sofabed. Free Wifi and TV streaming capability on both TVs. Deck faces Lake Dillon and mountain views. Drop leaf raised dining table seats up to 6 when using the 4 kitchen bar stools and 2 dining chairs. Washer and dryer in unit for convenience.

Property was clean and worked for what a “basecamp” to enjoy hiking, some shopping, and dining in the area. Conveniently close to Breckenridge and trails led directly from property to Dillon Reservoir.

Felt homey and was clean. Had no problems. Close parking and the property didn't seem overcrowded. Easy, short drive to Frisco adventure park and main st. Great communication which helped with the ease of check in and check out. Only thing I didn't like had nothing to do with the property but the walmart was a little... interesting.

Overall a fine place to stay for a short trip. It wasn’t clear if there were keys or a keypad, so I called and asked if I had to go to the office. They said yes and after getting there, they gave me a sheet of paper with the code on it. What a waste of 20 minutes. They said we could’ve emailed it. (Too late now!) Our family stayed here, which means the kids slept in the den area. The family room and den area were very drafty (noticeable cold drafts came from the windows and garage in the attached basement) The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with kitchenware for basic food prep. The master bedroom did get hot while sleeping since the bed was a foam topper and we had to keep the temperature higher since the kids were sleeping in the common area which was colder. We selected this unit and paid more for a washer/dryer-which did not work. (Our clothes were stuck in the washer in about a foot of water, which we had to manually rinse and wring out) When I called management they told me no one could come out until after our stay and “there is a laundry mat on Main Street” So I left a message for the property manager, for some kind of compensation but no return call. Disappointed in the property management (Summit Resort Group) of this place and would not rent from them again.
