Our family of 4 adults enjoyed our two night stay here and would definitely stay again. The condo is nice, well maintained and comfortable. Only two negatives, which didn't impact our stay, and the first we read about in other reviews so we were aware: (1) You access the unit from the patio behind the unit, not from the doors that face the parking lot; and (2) the twin day bed or trundle bed is just a twin mattress stored under the bunk bed. We didn't need it, but the person who slept in the top bunk, considered sleeping in the trundle, until she saw it was a mattress on the floor. Otherwise, all positive! The photos are accurate and the kitchen had what we needed. Washer/dryer is a plus if you are hiking or skiing. Views of the reservoir and mountains from the patio, views of the mountains from the front. Parking for 2 cars. Very convenient location.

This condo is quiet and clean and modern. It is steps away from the rec/bike path and lake and just a short drive to Main Street. Would stay again.

This property is close to everything and to the highway, but yet very quiet and serene. It is tucked away in a cul-de-sac and has an amazing view of the lake and the mountains. The unit is located on the ground floor. We can store the kayak on the patio and pull it to the lake. There is a covered bike rack next to the condo and we can ride the bicycle directly from the condo to the paved trail around the lake. The view from the patio and lawn is amazing! The mountains reflect in the lake. We saw a cormorant, ospreys, many hummingbirds and even beavers! It is less than 15 minutes away from Breckenridge, Silverthorne, etc.. Many restaurants , art galleries and shops are nearby. I highly recommend this property.
