This second row, two story home has UNIQUE PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS in front of it. Walk out the back, over the dune, down the private open space and you are there!
NO CROSSING STREETS OR HAVING TO WALK IN THE STREET TO GET TO THE BEACH!
CHILDREN ARE COMPLETELY SAFE, WALKING FROM THE HOUSE DOWN OUR PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS TO THE BEACH.
THERE ARE NO PROPERTIES OR ROADS BETWEEN THIS HOUSE AND THE OCEAN.

On the patio, for your use, is a new, top of the line, WEBER STAINLESS STEEL GAS GRILL, with owner supplied propane.
Our poolside patio table is ready for alfresco dining morning, noon and night….or serving hot dogs and burgers right from the grill as hungry kids hop out of the pool.
The living spaces and kitchen are completely equipped for easy living…two large comfy sofas, two chairs, an 2 ottomans, plus two pull out stools and a dining table for 10. There are 3 flat screen TVs, Roku, two Blu-Ray DVD players, broad band Internet and high speed WI-FI, with a computer desk for your use.
Large and spacious bedrooms include two bedrooms, with king size beds, one bedroom with two queen beds and one with three twin beds. Two bedrooms have their own private bath and two bedrooms share a bath with their own private entrance. All beds have high end brand name mattresses.
Three championship golf courses are just minutes away, including the prestigious Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the RBC Heritage Classic on the PGA tour.
It is just a short walk down the beach to the Sea Pines Beach Club for drinks, lunch or dinner.
Guests receive discounts and delivery on bike rentals from Palmetto Bikes, Riding Tigers Bike Rentals and All American Bike Rentals. You may call and reserve ahead of time with our owner discount code.

Great location with an easy walk to the beach. The kids loved playing in the pool. Lots of nice bike trails. Lots of great restaurants and things to do in the area. If you were traveling to Hilton head, I would recommend this house.

The house was quite comfortable and perfect for our extended family group. The location and view were incredible and the pool was surprisingly tranquil and private despite neighboring houses being close by. The host was quite responsive and helpful. Though the house is a bit dated, we knew that when we booked it and feel the pricing takes this into account. We would definitely stay here again.
