We loved our stay, the renovated interior was lovely and location was perfect.
At the time of booking, the agency sent us a message advising we would receive a $300 bond returned to us. But when we returned the keys they told us it was a mistake and we won't be receiving a bond, the didn't honour the bond even though they clearly communicated to us at time of booking.

The unit was spacious, very well set out with new furnishings.
The lift really does help when you have a fair bit of luggage as we stayed for two weeks.
The kitchen is excellent, spacious, massive benches and has excellent appliances.
The bathroom sinks have a facet that doesn't allow you to wash properly.
It is very noisy with a lot of traffic and people going by, we were surprised at how busy the roads were as the unit is at an intersection.
